Community Integration Program
The Community Integration Program (CIP) empowers adults with disabilities to become more independent by offering personalized support and opportunities for growth. Participants engage in volunteer work, recreational activities, and skill-building outings to museums, libraries, local businesses, and more experiences that foster learning and social interaction.
What makes CIP truly unique is that each participant plays an active role in planning their own week. They decide where they want to go, ensuring that each outing is meaningful and tailored to their interests. Whether it’s exploring history, math, sign language, or spending time in our chicken coop with our animals, every activity is chosen based on what inspires them.
CIP also provides job exploration to help participants discover their passions and take steps toward meaningful employment. Weekly planning sessions keep everyone engaged, motivated, and excited for the next adventure.
Our mission is to help every participant excel in life, and we are honored to support them and their families in this journey.
